In recent years, cases of smoke generation and fire caused by portable battery chargers (power banks) have been reported both in Japan and overseas.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following precautions when using portable battery chargers in your guest room:

*Please refrain from charging portable battery chargers when you are not in your room.
*While charging, please keep the device in a location where you can personally monitor its condition.
*When charging a portable battery charger from the in-room power outlet, or when using it to charge other electronic devices, please avoid placing it in direct sunlight or on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains.
*Do not use any battery charger that is damaged, swollen, or abnormally hot.
*During housekeeping service for multi-night stays, if any of the above situations are observed, our staff may relocate your portable battery charger for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
