近年、モバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が国内外で報告されています。すべてのお客様に安全・安心にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご使用について、以下の点につきましてご協力をお願い申し上げます。

• 外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、モバイルバッテリ―の充電をお控えください。
• 充電中はお客様自身が状態を確認できる場所でご使用をお願いいたします。
• モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電、または客室内の電源を使用してモバイル　バッテリーを充電される際は、直射日光の当たる窓際、ベッドやシーツ、カーテン等の可燃物上での充電はお控えください。
• 破損や膨張、異常な発熱等があるバッテリーのご使用は絶対におやめください。
• 連泊でご滞在中に客室清掃を行う際、上記に該当する状況が確認された場合は、安全上の配慮からスタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置を移動させていただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

In recent years, cases of smoke generation and fire caused by portable battery chargers (power banks) have been reported both in Japan and overseas.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following precautions when using portable battery chargers in your guest room:

*Please refrain from charging portable battery chargers when you are not in your room.
*While charging, please keep the device in a location where you can personally monitor its condition.
*When charging a portable battery charger from the in-room power outlet, or when using it to charge other electronic devices, please avoid placing it in direct sunlight or on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains.
*Do not use any battery charger that is damaged, swollen, or abnormally hot.
*During housekeeping service for multi-night stays, if any of the above situations are observed, our staff may relocate your portable battery charger for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

• 多日入住期间，客房清扫时若发现有上述情况，工作人员可能会出于安全考虑，将充电宝及电子产品移至其他位置，敬请谅解。
